Esses foram os últimos resultados às 12.30. Desde lá continuamos à espera. Até aqui foram anunciados 132 assentos dos 210. O que posso dizer é que o MDC parece estar a ter ganhos nas zonas rurais (zonas tradicionais da ZANU-PF). Ainda faltam muitos resultados das zonas urbanas. Se a actual tendência continuar, vamos ter uma possível vitória do MDC."

4.ª adenda às 19:53: de acordo com os mais recentes resultados das eleições para o parlamento, o MDC de Morgan Tsvangirai tem agora 51 deputados e a ZANU-PF de Robert Mugabe, 53. Com mais cinco de uma outra ala do MDC, a oposição soma 56 deputados. Ainda não há resultados oficiais para as presidenciais. A tensão aumenta (Rádio Moçambique, noticiário das 19:30).

Deal 'close' for Mugabe to leave
The outline of a deal has almost been reached for Zimbabwe's President Robert Mugabe to step down, opposition sources have told the BBC.
They say that representatives of Mr Mugabe, Zimbabwe's military chiefs and the opposition have held meetings chaired by South Africa's president.
The sources say Mr Mugabe would give an address to the nation but urge caution until the announcement has been made.
The opposition says it won Saturday's general elections.
Under the deal, Movement for Democratic Change leader Morgan Tsvangirai would be declared the winner of the presidential race after Mr Mugabe had stepped down.
The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission has not yet given the results of the presidential race, sparking MDC claims that the outcome was being fixed.

Sem sombra de dúvidas esse será um dos bons exercícios do Presidente Mbeki, mas fico com outras dúvidas. Será que uma comissão de eleicões na África deve depender da vontade do Presidente derrotado e os seus sócios da região?
O presidente Mbeki nunca nada resolveu nem poderia resolver. A solução no Zimbábué vai imperativamente nascer dentro do país e creio que muito brevemente. Julgo que ao nível do politburo da ZANU e das chefias militares e policiais se estuda ou se estudou já uma solução pós-Mugabe. Makoni pode ter sido uma aposta jogada com prudência numa primeira fase, a eleitoral, por parte de um sector moderado do partido. Aguardemos.

'No deal' for Mugabe to step down
Zimbabwe's opposition leader and a government minister have denied reports that a deal has been reached for President Robert Mugabe to step down.
Morgan Tsvangirai said he believed his Movement for Democratic Change had won Saturday's election but declined to go as far as declaring himself the winner.
He said his party would reveal their tally of results on Wednesday.
Bright Matonga, Zanu-PF's Deputy Information Minister, also rejected reports of talks with the opposition.
In his first public appearance since the election, Mr Tsvangirai told a news conference on Tuesday evening: "Let's not be influenced by speculation. There is no discussion, and therefore this is just a speculative story.
"Let's wait for ZEC (Zimbabwe Electoral Commission) to complete its work and then we can discuss the circumstances that will affect the people."
MDC opposition sources had earlier told the BBC the outline of a deal had nearly been reached for Mr Mugabe to step down.
They said representatives of Mr Mugabe, military chiefs and the opposition had held meetings chaired by South Africa, but Johannesburg had also denied any involvement.
The ZEC has not yet given any results in the presidential race, sparking MDC claims that the outcome was being fixed.
President Mugabe, 84, came to power 28 years ago at independence, but the economy has been in freefall in recent years.
Mr Mugabe has not been seen in public since the election.
